It's no wives tale. When your wrists are covered your hands stay warm. Well with my fingertips almost freeze off here in Michigan while mousing away on the computer and knitting away on the sticks, I thought I had better treat myself to some fancy yarn and some Super EasyToasty Comfy Cuffs. So easy I shouldn't even post this pattern, but I have to confess that I need to write down what I did or I'll forget it!
I hardly used any of my yarn on this one - I bet you could get 4 or 5 pairs out of these skeins - so it pays to get some super soft yarn you love!
Materials:
1 skein Cascade Yarns Venezia Worsted
1 skein Rowan Kidsilk Haze
Needles:
size 6 DPN or 2 circlulars
Pattern:
Knit with a strand of each yarn held together.
CO 30 stitches and divide evenly between 3 DPN or 2 Circulars.
Knit in K2 P2 ribbing until the cuffs measure 4" long - or however long you wish them to be.
Cast off, weave in your ends and enjoy the warmth!
